Now this is very important, as many young people are trying to realize themselves and they need sufficient financial support to achieve their goals. A friend of mine recently successfully landed a good position and advised me to call the Jobscan phone number to ask them for advice on the services they provide. I think that the advice of professionals will not hurt.Mark Lensehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08687962764378980889noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8721250833413857867.post-19040352286598554912012-07-13T00:55:36.714+01:002012-07-13T00:55:36.714+01:00My last job before I had my little man was working...My last job before I had my little man was working for the County Council, I used to love it - I could be in traffic one day, parking the next, arranging a presentation the next - I loved it! I got moved to the County Enterprise Board for a few weeks before I left & I hated it, it was a branch office with 2 managers and me, I was on my own all day! I'm a full-time mam now at home (a kept woman!) and although I wouldn't say I adore it, I do in a way like being the one who's in charge of the house and I like being able to clean/cook/etc my way without anyone up my tail! Sometimes I miss the adult company but sure that's what blogging's for, right?! RIGHT?! :)XShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08809692683188179587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8721250833413857867.post-34928307255016499782012-07-12T20:48:50.813+01:002012-07-12T20:48:50.813+01:00Good stuff about my job (Community Fundraiser for ...Good stuff about my job (Community Fundraiser for a charity)

* Some variety (still working on the balance)
* Quite self-directed
* Some cool work-mates (and some old dragons)
* Cute animals to cuddle sometimes
* The outcome of the charity is somewhat inspiring.
* I'm learning a lot.
* Travel a bit around England.

Can you tell I'm a bit sick of it all at the moment?

The job involves millions of tiny tasks and most of them are complaints, nags or whines. I love the people I work with, we've all been in the team for at least 10 years and feel like we have grown up together, we're all in our early 30's now. BUT... we all pretty much, well hate is a strong word, dislike intensely the job. The job itself is fine but the company we work for is not so great. We are all grateful to have a job at the moment and there is not much else out there where we are. I am going onto my 4th year of a Business degree in September so I will be outta here as soon as I can after that! I want to do something that I love or that will make a difference. Great post CherrySue, love the blog!Lavagirlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8721250833413857867.post-50637642995896641922012-07-12T12:58:55.703+01:002012-07-12T12:58:55.703+01:00Being a part time student, allows me time to catch...Being a part time student, allows me time to catch up with friends and family during the day. It also allows me to sort out things for people like standing around in goverment buildings etc.
Because my wife works I do housework around the house while shes in work, and have the dinner usually on the table for her when she comes home.
Then before I head off to college we sit down, talk about the day and might watch something together.
When I come back from college she is already in bed.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04831499634316836814noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8721250833413857867.post-6398238586937230182012-07-12T11:50:02.441+01:002012-07-12T11:50:02.441+01:00My job as an assistant manager in a shop has absol...My job as an assistant manager in a shop has absolutely nothing to do with what I spent the last 4 years studying (computing), I don't even need any qualifications to do it!! Not complainig too much though, so many of my uni friends can't find any job never mind one do with our course, so I feel kinda lucky! It's not a bad job though, I like the people I work with and it is money at the end of the day! xEmmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09398072964870851239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8721250833413857867.post-41315897009594570402012-07-12T08:36:37.834+01:002012-07-12T08:36:37.834+01:00You know allllll about my job and the trials and t...You know allllll about my job and the trials and tribulations I've had over the years. My favourite thing is having my own office now. Away from all the rubbish and means the girls can come for chats whenever they want! It's the little things that help get me through the day.

That and I've more time now to keep my little notepad open on my desktop to keep track of ideas for posts and post themselves.
