Cherry Pick of the Week: Kid Cudi - Pursuit of Happiness (Steve Aoki Remix)

You'll remember this stormer from Project X in 2012 , it was one of the redeeming factors of the movie for me - it was a happy addition for both Gorgebags that still rate that movie in their Top 5 (this fact still worries me every time I leave them home for an evening).

Kid Cudi & Steve Aoki are set to burst back onto the charts with this electro hit because of its inclusion in the The Amazing Spiderman 2 soundtrack - see Aaron's incredible movie review here.

The track fits brilliantly with the Hans Zimmer score for the movie and with Electro's synthasised voice (the best villain's voice since Bane btw).

Cherry Pick of the Week: Paolo Nutini - Scream

Eldest here, now I've never been a big Paolo guy but Pencil Full of Lead is still one of my favourites due to the jazzy sounds and cocky singing of the man himself.

But since Maaaa linked me this saying it to be the Pick of the Week I loved it due to the cool, bass sound reminding me a bit of Daft Punk's return to early disco as of late and is MOST DEFINITELY driving music if I've ever heard it.
