How's 2015 Looking For Movies?

1. Avengers: Age of Ultron

Now I wasn't the biggest fan of the first Avengers, but this one looks to be incredible. Cap moves Mjolnir, the Hulkbuster armour finally comes out, and Cap's Vibranium (same material as Wolverine's claws - it's indestructible) shield is broken - things are gonna get rough for these guys and gal in suits.

Release: 24th of April

2. Mad Max: Road Fury

I love post-nuclear media, but there was just something about the irradiated Australian desert that was in the original Mad Max that makes it stand above the rest for me. The new Mad Max looks absolutely ridiculous, giant sandstorms, tribal raiders, Max swinging from car to car on a pole, I LOVE it.

Release: 15th of May

3. Inherent Vice

I watched the trailer about three times again before adding this to the list, there's just something so cool about it. I don't know if it's the saturation, the actual funny dialogue or the sideburns, but I am EXTREMELY excited for this - and it's inevitably fantastic soundtrack.

Release: 30th of January

4. Star Wars: The Force Awakens

There was no way this wasn't going to be here. Almost EVERYONE wants to see this, and with good reason too. Just watching the Millennium Falcon face the Tie-Fighters and flip is incredible, and that lightsaber sound at the very end is Luke's, so, hint hint.

Release: 18th of December

Les Misérables - Live Singing

I didn't think anything could excite me further for Les Misérables coming to the big screen but I was wrong. This glimpse at the ground breaking decision to have live singing will breathe new life into the much loved musical.

There's nothing that thrills me more with movies than taking a look at the inner workings and what they've done here is truly astounding. Having the actors sing live with just the piano in their ear and complete freedom to add the emotion means we've never heard the songs sung like this before and that's something pretty special.

Take a look at the powerful movie trailer here and have your hankies ready come January 11th.

Are you looking forward to this one?
