The Most Promising Movies Coming to Irish Screens in 2012

Coming September 21st and starring EVERYONE (honestly, look at the trailer), Killing Them Softly is the story of a personal enforcer (Pitt) hired to investigate the heist of a mob protected poker game. Yep, yep and YEP.

Starring Joseph Gordon Levitt (Seriously!) & Bruce Willis, Looper is a high octane, time travelling action thriller and will be released in Irish cinemas on September 28th.

Based on an incredible true story, as the Iranian revolution reaches a boiling point, the CIA concoct a surreal plan to free six Americans who have escaped a hostage situation. Starring Ben Affleck, Brian Cranston and many, many other big names, Argo will be in cinemas on October 12th.

From Baz Luhrmann, Australian director and hopeless romantic comes one of the greatest stories ever told. Starring Leonardo diCaprio, Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire, The Great Gatsby hits Irish screens on Stephen's Day.

Tell me, are you as excited as I am about these upcoming releases? Which one are you most looking forward to? I keep thinking I know, then I watch the trailers again. Hopeless.

I LOVE Ray Liotta. The first one looks like it's really forgettable, but... Ray Liotta. Love. I also love Joseph Gordon Levitt and I'm delighted to see him in an action movie, I would definitely watch it. No interest in movies like Argo, and I really didn't think I'd be bothered with Gatsby but I've watched the trailer twice, so... :)
