I caught this video from Dove during the week and it really did give me pause for thought. I'd like to think that I don't place a huge importance on physical beauty but this really made me think and well up just a little.

I liked the Dove one but it didn't hit me in the cry-spot - on the other hand, the men one made me laugh so much I actually did cry. Messed up or what!
